She maintained the highest grade point average in both her paperless Social Studies and Science classes. She didn't stop there, she maintained excellent grades in all of her classes. She has what every employer wants; leadership qualities, great attitude, willingness to work hard and an educational work ethic that is second to none. Although I am not an employer, if I were she would easily be my highest paid employee. I can tell you that as her teacher, I am proud! I have really enoyed watching her mature and handle the 6th grade like a pro. I am proud to have had the pleasure of teaching her. She is simply amazing! Congratulations Abby! You are simply awesome! Other Nominees: Emily Purnell, Eva Alleman, Savannah Hinderer About the other nominees: It should be said that there were a lot of amazing students in the OMS paperless classroom. When we started the year off, I challenged the students to greatness. I asked them to invest in this year and stressed the importance of establishing a good foundation in middle school. All of my students took the challenge and as the progressed through the year, they simply were amazing. Each of the other nominees were equally deserving of this award as were many other students. I will always remember this year and will charish the relationships I have forged with each of them. The nominees also demonstrated awesome effort and incredible work ethic. My parents have a lot to be proud of this year.
